Websites use smart and useful methods to enhance user convenience and make them more engaging for each visitor. One of the most commonly used methods is related to cookies. Website owners or third parties, such as advertisers displaying ads on the website you visit, use cookies.
Cookies are small text files stored on users’ computers by websites. The information in cookies can also be used to track your browsing across websites that use the same cookie.
Cookies are categorized based on their duration and who sets them.
We believe it’s important to inform you about the cookies used on our website and the purposes for which they are used. Our goal is threefold: to ensure your privacy, improve your convenience, and support the development of our website. This explanation provides more details about the cookies used on our site and their intended purposes.
2. How Wineris By Nordroof and/or its Affiliates and Brand Websites Use CookiesWineris By Nordroof uses cookies to collect visitor statistics and to record information about your preferences as you navigate through the website. Our use of cookies aims to enhance your experience as a visitor on our website.
3. Types of Cookies and Their FunctionsDifferent types of cookies are used for different purposes. Below is a list of the most commonly encountered types of cookies and explanations of their uses.
3.1. Session CookiesA session cookie is temporarily stored in your computer’s memory while you browse a website, for example, to track the language you selected. Session cookies are not stored on your computer for long periods and disappear when you close your web browser.
3.2. Persistent or Tracking CookiesA persistent cookie saves a file on your computer for a long period. This type of cookie has an expiration date. Persistent cookies help websites remember your information and preferences when you visit in the future, leading to faster and more convenient access, such as not needing to log in again. When the expiration date is reached, the cookie is automatically removed when you return to the website that created it.
3.3. First-Party CookiesThese cookies are set by the website you are visiting (the same domain as the browser address bar) and can only be read by that website. They are generally used to save information like your preferences to be used when you visit the site again.
3.4. Third-Party CookiesThese cookies are set by different entities (domains) than the website you’re visiting (i.e., not the owner of the site).
For example, third-party cookies are used to gather information for advertising and user content. They can also be used to collect statistical data.
Since third-party cookies can create more comprehensive surveys of user browsing habits, they are considered more sensitive to visitors. Most web browsers allow you to adjust settings to reject third-party cookies.
3.5. Flash CookiesFlash cookies (locally shared objects) are data elements that websites using Adobe Flash can store on your computer.
Flash cookies are a new method of tracking your visits and storing more information about you than regular cookies. One of the main drawbacks of Flash cookies is that they cannot be found in your browser’s cookie list.
Flash cookies have no expiration limit and remain until deleted.
3.5.1. How to Disable Flash CookiesYou cannot block or manage Flash cookies directly from the browser because they are stored in a different location – Adobe’s online settings manager.
You can access the settings manager on Adobe’s website, and it works locally on your computer. The settings manager shows all Flash cookies currently stored on your computer. You can delete Flash cookies from specific websites or all at once. You can also increase or decrease the size of the information stored on your computer.
Flash cookies will not be stored if you disable the “Allow third-party Flash content to store data on your computer” option in the settings manager.
To disable Flash cookies for specific websites, you can do so in the settings manager.
4. Managing Cookies 4.1. How to View CookiesSince cookies are simple text files, you can view them with many text editors or word processors. You can click on a cookie to open it. Below are links to instructions on how to view cookies in different browsers. If you use a different browser, check its cookie information. If you use a smartphone, more information is available in your phone’s manual.
If you don’t want websites to place cookies on your computer, you can configure your browser settings to notify you before placing any cookies. You can also configure your settings to block all cookies or only third-party cookies. Similarly, you can delete cookies that have already been placed on your computer.
Note that you’ll need to adjust the settings separately for each browser and computer you use.

The Assembly Phase is crucial as it involves on-site installation and finalization of modules, ensuring seamless integration into the building structure.
Our skilled team, using advanced tools, ensures all modules meet the highest industry standards. After performing necessary quality and functionality tests, the project is prepared for handover.
Our team completes all finishing touches, ensuring the project meets or exceeds specifications. Post-completion, we provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure the structure’s longevity and durability.
At Nordroof, we recognize that the safe and timely delivery of modular units is essential to the success of any construction project.
To ensure the modules arrive at their destination in perfect condition, we adhere to the highest standards of secured transport.
Our logistics team collaborates closely with the client to plan the transportation, considering the size of the units and the location of the site.
After the modular units are completed, they will undergo a thorough factory inspection to ensure they meet quality and compliance standards.
Once they pass inspection, the modules will be carefully packed and prepared for shipment.
Our in-house logistics team will then coordinate the transportation of the modules, taking into account factors such as their size and the destination site.
Nordroof’s in-house design team will develop the Workshop Documentation required for production based on the Design Stage provided by the client.
Once this documentation is completed and approved, the production phase will begin.
Depending on the design preparation stage and the level of detail available from the client, Nordroof will provide either a Concept Budget or a Detailed Budget.
The proposal typically includes the manufacturing of the finished modules and transportation to the site. In some cases, Nordroof also offers on-site installation.
The offer encompasses the following information
Upon reaching out to our Sales Team, clients will be thoroughly briefed on the process of developing their project with Nordroof.
Our team will then collect essential information from the client and evaluate the project requirements to ensure compatibility with our modular technology.
If the project meets our criteria, our experienced Design Team will proceed to create initial modularization plans customized to the client’s specific needs and requirements.
